Standard Hotel Policies

  • A valid credit card must be presented (by the cardholder) at check-in for authorization of the full cost of stay. (We are not accepting cash payments.)
  • A damage deposit of $150 may be held at check-in on the credit card presented. It takes 3-5 business days or up to 10 days for the hold to be released from your credit card by your provider.
  • Cardholder assumes full responsibility of suite even if not staying on the premises.
  • You must be at least 18 years old with a valid I.D.
  • Discounts or coupons (limited to one per stay) can only be used on regular rate dates and must be booked directly with Century Suites (not on a third-party booking site.)
  • If staying long term (7 nights or more) your credit card may be charged weekly with the first installment due upon check-in. (If tax exemption has been applied then payment in full is due at check-in. Tax exemption status has a requirement of 30-consecutive nights.)
  • 24-hour cancellation policy for non-special event dates. (You may be charged for the full amount of the stay if you fail to cancel.)
  • Group/multiple room reservations require a 30-day advance charge/30-day cancellation policy
  • If you have booked a non-refundable rate on a third-party site, you will be charged an immediate non-refundable charge at the time the reservation is received.
  • All cancellations must be made by phone. Please retain your cancellation number(s).
  • Taxes = 12% (Indiana Sales Tax = 7% and Bed Tax = 5%)
  • Parties are not permitted. Noise complaints may result in eviction without compensation.
  • Pets allowed with approval ($50 non-refundable pet fee plus $3.50 tax per animal per stay). Additional fee if we need to repair or replace a pet damaged item. If carpet cleaning is required for soiled carpet the fee is $150.
  • Please return all keys to the front desk at check-out. Rekey fee = $10 per suite
  • All suites are non-smoking per Indiana State Law.
  • Please note that we do not have any elevators. Most of our cottages have stairs/steps.  We have one wheelchair accessible suite.
  • You will be assigned a suite number when the reservation is made. The assigned suite number may be changed by management for administrative purposes prior to arrival. If you prefer a specific suite number, please let us know when making the reservation. We will try our best to accommodate suite assignment requests.

Special Event Policies

On Special Event Weekends a Friday and Saturday, two-night minimum is required. 
Special Event rates and policies apply. Special Event rates vary based on the event, the date the reservation is made, and the suite type. You must cancel 30-days prior to arrival. You will be charged in full 30-days prior to arrival. No refunds will be issued after the cancel deadline.

Please note that there are several Special Event Weekends including all IU Home Football Games, Parents/Family Weekend, and more.

  • IU Move-In Special Event Weeks in August- no discounts allowed
  • Total Eclipse-April 7 & 8, 2024 requires Sunday & Monday, two-night minimum.
  • Higher rates apply and vary based on suite type, date, and current market rates.
  • Coupons and discounts are not valid on Special Event Dates.

Special Event Weekend:

*If you are coming on Special Event Weekend, your credit card will be charged 30 days in advance for the Special Event nights of your stay. The advance charge is non-refundable.

Charges cannot be transferred to a different credit card or changed at any time after the initial charge has been posted.

There is a two (2) suite maximum. If you have booked more than two (2) suites, we reserve the right to cancel any extra suites.

You must cancel 30 days prior to arrival. (If you have reserved additional nights a credit card authorization will be performed at check-in for the remaining balance.

IU Graduation Weekend Policies

IU Graduation Weekend requires a Friday and Saturday, two-night minimum.

  • IU Graduation rates apply.
  • Coupons and discounts are not valid on IU Graduation weekend.
  • Cancellations must be made 90-days prior to arrival date ($50 rebooking fee per suite if cancelled).
  • There is a two (2) suite maximum.

If your reservation is for IU Graduation Weekend, your credit card will be charged immediately when the reservation is made for Friday and Saturday. Charges cannot be transferred to a different credit card after the initial charge has been posted. Cancellations must be made 90-days prior to arrival to receive a refund (minus a $50 rebooking fee per suite).
